Chicken Potato Kebab Recipe

Ingredients
- Boiled Potatoes 250 grams
- Boiled shredded chicken 250 gram
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- to taste Salt
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Soya Sauce 1 tsp
- Black Pepper power 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
- 3-4 Chopped Green Chillies
- Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 tsp
- Chopped Mint Leaves 1 tsp
- 2 Eggs
- Breadcrumbs 1 cup
- Oil to fry
Directions
1. First take a mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes, and mash them properly. Now add shredded boiled chicken along with garam masala, salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, mint leaves, soya sauce, and coriander leaves.
2. Once done mixing, add chopped green chilies and mash everything again. Refrigerate for 10-15 mins.
3. Now, take small portions from the mixture, roll it out and form a tikki-like structure.
4. Dip the tikki into the beaten egg batter then coat it with breadcrumbs.
5. Repeat the same with remained kebab mixture.
6. Deep fry all the tikkis and your kebabs are ready.
7. Serve and enjoy!
