Creamy Cheddar Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Prepare Ranch Dressing
· Cream 1/3 Cup
· Mayonnaise 1/3 Cup
· Yogurt 1/3 Cup
· Milk 3 tsp
· Lemon juice 1 tsp
· Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
· Garlic powder ¼ tsp
· Onion powder ½ tsp
· Salt ¼ tsp or to taste
· Soya (Dill) chopped ½ tsp
· Fresh parsley chopped 1 tsp
Prepare Grilled Chicken
· Chicken fillets 350 grams
· Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
· Red chilli crushed ½ tsp
· Black pepper crushed ¼ tsp
· Salt ½ tsp or to taste
· Cooking oil 1 tsp
· Iceberg 2-3 Cups
· Corn kernels boiled 1 Cup
· Capsicum cubes 1 Cup
· Onion cubes 1 Cup
· Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup
· Cheddar cheese 100 grams
· Fresh parsley chopped
Directions
Prepared Ranch Dressing
1. In a bowl, add cream, mayonnaise, yogurt, milk, lemon juice, black pepper crushed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dill, fresh parsley and whisk well. Ranch dressing is ready!
Direction
1. Pound chicken fillets with meat mallet from both sides and set aside.
2. In a dish, add Worcestershire sauce, red chilli crushed, black pepper crushed, salt, prepared ranch dressing 2-3 tsp & mix well.
3. Add chicken fillets & coat evenly.
4. On a grilled pan, add cooking oil, chicken fillets and grill on low flame from both sides until done (5-6 minutes each side) then cut into cubes & set aside.
5. In a bowl, add iceberg, corn kernels, capsicum, onion, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, cooked chicken & mix well.
6. Now add prepared ranch dressing and mix until well combined.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley, cheddar cheese & serve!
